Counselling? No way… most young people would run a mile at the suggestion they may need counselling.

In our 15 years experience working with young people we have developed an approach that young people can make sense of.

We aim to ensure that you feel supported, to feel that they can engage with the process of change and make steps to enable the changes to happen. The word ‘counselling’ can feel “weird”… Young people can call the process of my work whatever they wish.

Safety is the most important element to any successful work; ultimately we work to strike up a meaningful relationship.
Our style is engaging, informative, and directed to the young person’s needs.

House visits can be arranged on request.

*If you are not in a position to access private counselling I highly recommend the ABINGDON BRIDGE. They have an amazing team of professionals supporting local young people. They offer a 12 week counselling programme (free to access for 13-25 year olds).

You can call them on 01235 522375 or visit their website www.theabingdonbridge.org.uk
